This renovation will increase parking capacity for the West Los Angeles Medical Center by expanding the existing structure by 180,900-sq.-ft. The expansion includes 1-grade level with 4-above grade levels, adding a total of 450 new parking spaces to the structure.
The renovation incorporates a speed ramp on the north side to allow direct access to the 3rd floor of the parking structure. This was designed to create a diversion of traffic flow into the main parking structure to alleviate some of the current congestion.
