Riverside Community Hospital - Medical Office Building & Parking Structure

DPR has enjoyed a long partnership with Hospital Corporation of America (HCA), beginning in Texas and expanding throughout the Southeast. Now for the first time in Southern California, DPR recently completed by design-build an 1,061-stall parking garage and a 60,000-sq.-ft. medical office building, respectively. Both projects used self-perform drywall, and the medical office building project used self-perform concrete. DPR saved the owner time and close to $1 million by suggesting unique applications. One example includes the use of a soil stabilization system that enabled each structure to use a different foundation system.
