100,000-sq.-ft. high-end law office multi-floor tenant improvement including ADA upgrades. Two, ten-story buildings joined by an open walkway. Seven floors separated into five phases with each phase overlapping the other. Finishes include: walnut column and soffit wraps, Italian stone, plasma screen TV's, each of the three conference rooms are wired to the mock trial room via video conference, 2'x 8' ceiling planks, and finally, the multi-purpose room is set up with a rear projection screen shining on to a plexi glass screen/wall.
